This condo is in a great location in Baytowne. Walking distance to all the activities. On the down side the dryer was still broken and has been for a long time. This property has a no early check in policy coupled with a late 4pm check in time. Overall the property could use an update.

Overall stay was good. We were given the wrong code to the room and had to wait afew minutes for entrance. The first operator that we spoke with vacasa wasn't customer friendly, but the second one was excellent. The dryer didn't work and two of the dining chairs seat were torn. Also, the pillow on balcony furniture torn opened

Family Friendly

The condo was really charming and clean overall. It had everything like a whole house and very comfortable for 4 guests. Very nice view of sunrise from the balcony. Located within walking distance to restaurants and fun activities the kids. I love the tram that shuttles guests to the beach and other amenities around the resort. There is an issue with roaches in this condo that was concerning. However, the manager quickly addressed the issue after it was reported.

Be mindful booking this unit

This unit had a great view and upon checkin, was very clean aesthetically, however, this unit appears to have a roach infestation with no specific source as we saw a larger roach in the kitchen and smaller ones in the bathroom and bedroom. Until they fix the issue with this unit, I would probably stay clear of booking. The fact that the unit was very clean may be an indication that vacasa is aware that there was already an issue as it has been mentioned before prior to our stay. Overall, the resort itself is lovely, quiet, and is close to everything. The Baytown wharf is definitely a must see!
