Great family stay

We brought our two kids (7 & 12) for a week away and had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. The beach was incredible and we got plenty of use out of the pickleball courts on site. We will definitely be back!

Really nice condo and facilities

My sister and I stayed in a condo in the Tides Building at Tops’l Resort in Sandestin. Condo was nicely decorated. Very clean and conveniently located. Condo had all the necessary kitchen supplies as in dishes, pots and pans etc. Lovely view and a very short distance to the white sand beach and crystal clear water of that area of the gulf. All the staff we came in contact with we personable and helpful. I would happily stay there again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Unit was great. Only complaint is that renters are not able to set up on beach in front of topsl. Need to go 200 yds east to public beach. Area in front only for owners

NO AC but Got Fixed Promptly

Location was as seen. When we arrived AC was on 74. With fans running it was comfortable. The following day noticed regardless of setting it stayed 74. I reported it and next day mechanic came out said it wasnt working and that afternoon while we were at beach HVAC tech fixed unit. So we were only without AC for Wednesday and Thursday. Staff was great difficult to get to office for our Welcome packet during open hours due to weather and trying to enjoy beach time. But amazing people. Great family friendly place. Definitely plan to stay there again.

Comfortable Stay , Highly reccomend

Unit 1010 was clean, renovated and comfortable for traveling with 2 young kids. Beach and pool access was very convenient. We enjoyed meals with a spectacular view from the oversized patio. The fitness center also had a nice heated pool with whirlpool and sauna which was included with the stay. We came in September and the beach was way less crowded than the neighboring Hilton property. I especially enjoyed the daily 9AM tennis clinics with Joe D'Aleo for a small fee.

Unit 1010 is a 10 out 10

Our family enjoyed a much needed vacation, and this unit provided all of the comforts that we were seeking. The check-in was super convenient, and the unit had a gorgeous western facing beach/gulf view from the huge balcony. It appears that the kitchen was recently renovated and the entire unit was spotless. 2 pools downstairs were perfect, and it was just a few steps from the beach. A bonus was the fully equipped, well appointed gym with modern cardio/weight equipment. Would definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay.

Beautiful condo!

Condo was like new! Updated even since pictures were taken. Very nice furniture, well furnished kitchen, beautiful decor! Washer and dryer were wonderful to have in the condo, we came home with no dirty clothes! It is not right next to the elevators which for us was a plus because they can be noisy. Not the best view since it’s on the side of the building but you could still view plenty of the gulf from the room and balcony. We would definitely stay again!

Love this home on Miramar Beach!!!!!

This is our 2nd visit to this little piece of heaven and we loved it just as much! The spacious condo is so super clean, attractively decorated and has a huge balcony with a great view of the beautiful blue-green waters. No wonder they call it the Emerald Coast! Great folks stay here and we met several new friends on the beach and by the pool bar. The location is spot on because it's close to everything-restaurants, shopping and conveniences without being caught by the traffic just a little bit south. The hosts are the best!!!

What a Great place to stay on our Beach Trip!!

This place was so nice! Furnishings were updated, very attractive and very comfortable. Everything was super clean. The view from the HUGE deck was amazing! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at other units in Tops'l Tides before, but would definitely try to stay in this unit again. Beautiful condo on the beach!

Our family of 4 spent the week of Thanksgiving here and enjoyed every minute of it. The unit is awesome, the view is great, the amenities are plentiful. Being able to walk go the beach was a requirement for us and even with cooler weather we were at the beach most days. The little bar is great for drinks and a quick bite. The kids loved the non-alcoholic drinks! We played Putt-putt, pickleball, and shuffleboard a few times each. So easy with the courts and equipment right there at the property. Just a short drive to the Sandestin restaurants and ice rink. Will definitely stay again!

The Tides 1010

Amazing Unit

My family and I stayed in Unit 1010 in August. As soon as you walk in the door you can see the ocean! It was amazing. The view of the ocean from this unit is perfect!! We loved the carpet in the bedrooms. We liked the feel of it and the design, great choice!! The beds were comfortable! It was very spacious for my family of 6. We loved the walk in showers!!! We also had a couple of nights that we were able to enjoy the jetted tub. The kitchen offered everything we needed for cooking. The unit was clean and decorated amazingly! We enjoyed the high table and chairs on the balcony for morning coffee and evening sunsets. It is a quick trip to the elevators from the room to go to the 1st floor for Beach time or pool time. You simply walk to the pool (which you can see the ocean from) and then past it for the sand and beach. Beach area was not crowded. Loved how we had access to the different pools. We preferred the pool where you had to enter a code. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this unit nor resort. We hope to be back next year same unit!! Thank you so much for a great Unit to enjoy the Emerald beach!!
