Great affordable close to the beach

This a perfect size little condo for a famliy of 5 and we loved the amenities and how close it was to the beach. Great property and host. Hope to stay again

Loved the location!!

Location was wonderful!! Walking distance to the beach and pool and a few other places. Easy driving distance to outlet malls and restaurants. The pull out sofa couch was broken..maintenance responded quickly and tried 2x to fix with no luck.. so we were short a bed and WE HAD TO find other sleeping arrangements... the condo was great otherwise and we had the best time!!

Everything was decorated very pretty and beachy. We liked the location so close to the beach and restaurants. There were a few cleaning things that needed attention, but overall the condo was very nice.

It seemed to be clean until we sat in the living room, there were dead cockroaches in there and in the bathroom. I didn’t take pictures. Then the hood above the stove was nasty hadn’t been clean in years.

We’ll be BACK!

So enjoyed our mother-daughter vacay @ this condo on Miramar. It was clean, stocked with the necessities and steps from the beach. Our only issue was trying to locate our condo in the building once we got there. The gate person told us the ground floor in building 1, but it actually was on the second floor. After aimlessly walking around, we asked a gentleman taking grilled food back to his condo & he said follow me, I’m right next door. Thank goodness for running into him! Everything else was wonderful & we plan to visit again soon!

Very Quiet

My husband and I have stayed at Cibony 5 to six times over the years. Generally we have a very pleasant experience. This particular unit was nice. However the cleaning service didn’t do a great job with the bed making. They didn’t clean the patio area at all, which was very disappointing. There was a braid extension left on the table and a small bit of trash. This unit use a couple of smart TV’s. I like this location for the private beach. Now they have started chair and umbrella rentals that basically make the guest feel like outsiders. Overall its a nice unit.
