Excellent Property!

We traveled with 6 adults and 7 kids and had an excellent time at the property! Plenty of space for us all to be comfortable, kitchen to cook freshly caught fish and back patio to hang out in the evenings before bed. Great location and close to beach access. Would highly recommend this property and we’re already talking about a return trip.

Great house for a group

Beautiful house within walking distance to the beach and pool. Good walking neighborhood and the house has a great layout. The upstairs room was perfect for a group of teenage girls and the balcony was well enjoyed.

Beautiful home and Location

This house was perfect for our bachelorette group! We enjoyed our time there and visited the pool! The floors had a lot of sand on them when we arrived! And only being able to have AC UNIT on 72 - was difficult with 12 women - maybe you should try to correct this issue with the AC unit!

Great Time

This house was awesome. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was more than enough room for everyone. We had 2 people who have issues with stairs so the 3 bedrooms on the first floor was perfect. Neighborhood was great and the house was very close to the beach. The complimentary golf cart also came in handy. The TV on the patio was also perfect for grilling on Football Sunday. The only gripes were the construction taking place around the house was sometimes noisy in the morning and the outside patio would sometimes get slippery so you have to be careful with it especially if you have kids with you. Overall highly recommend this place.

First timers in FL

First time taking our family to Florida. We decided to stay in a house, and this one didn't disappoint. Close to the beach and enjoyed private access. Roomy for all 12 of our guests. Beds are a bit firm but we didn't go to sleep. We wanted to explore and thats just what we we're able to do on the golf cart and bikes. I would only ask they supply more pods for washing clothes and running the dishwasher. Especially for a group of 12. We will definitely rent this home again as we are making Florida an annual thing. Thanks Casa de Suenos, your home was lovely.

Great Time

Ideal Home Away from Home

14th Ruth Street was the ideal home away from home for our family during our recent visit to Miramar Beach. The house is beautiful, spacious, and super clean. We loved the location - close to the beach and also very safe thanks to the gated community and security. The house came with many amenities, including bikes, a golf cart, and a grill. We cannot wait to come back to this house the next time we visit Miramar. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Casa De Suensos

The home is tucked away in a super cute, clean, quiet neighborhood directly off Scenic Beach Drive. For us, the location is perfect as it is exactly in the middle of the beach strip of Miramar and Destin. If you don’t know the are; the middle of Scenic Beach Drive is way less crowded than either end of the strip, as both ends are full of condos making the beach at least 4 rows deep. The mid location is also convenient to both Miramar and Destin. I digress, the home itself is beautiful inside and out. The decor is modest but super cute and the kitchen has literally everything you could need to cook. The stock of Casa De Suenos insulated mugs and tumblers was the coolest! The layout is perfect, home is clean. There was a couple of cheap finishes, such as the door blinds, beware the top cap falls if you open door blinds. BUT, the windows are covered with the nicest shutter blinds, loved them so much. Enclosed back porch with huge TV came in handy at night when no one was ready for bed but kids and grownups wanted to watch different things. LOVED the fenced back yard to keep towels and beach equipment while we slept. Also great barbecue back there for privacy while you cook and watch tv on the back porch. Bikes and golf cart were a MAJOR compliment to the home as everything is a quick golf cart or bike ride away. My kids (teens) went to the pool only once, they told me it was not kept clean…this kinda bummed them because they’ve historically gone to the pool every night after a day at the beach, not this time. The upstairs of this home is PERFECT for your kids. My 3 daughters and grandson and granddaughter slept very comfortable in this room, and they had their bathroom and tv. We love this home. And the price made it even better. I would definitely go back to this home. There is a house going up right next door, but the guys working there literally just pushed dirt around an hour or two per day, no bother to us at all.
