Found this little place for an extra couple days! Beds were comfortable and it was clean! Loved the pool and that the beach was close. Screened in porch was also a plus! Will return and visit again! Maybe give easier to get to directions.

Weren’t told it was two story, still roomy and pretty clean. Quiet in the evening, nice balconies, just need ceiling fans on them.

We had some difficulty finding our way in and out of the property and the unit was just a little untidy. You'll find the cobwebs up in the wall/ceiling corners and the floor was a little dirty. Other than that, everything was very nice and the location to places we wanted to go was good.

I loved that this was pet friendly. Two screened porches. Huge mater bed and bath. Very close to the pool and the beach access gate. WISH: there had been curtains on the guest bedroom window; there had not been a crusty, dried-out contact lens left on the bedside table in the master; the master shower was not constantly dripping (cleaning crew should have reported that, not me); the dryer wasn't broken; I didn't have to kill a giant roach in the master bathroom; there had been a blanket somewhere in the condo, only extra sheets; and that when I called to talk about problems, someone local would have called me. It was all via text and I requested a phone call. The contractor who did come by 2 days later was very nice and responsive, but he is not the management company. I would stay here again. I think there has been some turn over in help and it shows.

This condo needs some fixing and updating. There was a leak in the ceiling from upstairs toilet dripping down into the hallway that created mold. Condo very musty smelling. Furnishings are outdated. The kitchen only has two cereal sized bowls, no large knives to cut fruit. No hairdryer. The vacasa maintenance crew was very quick to respond and did get leak stopped, but there is still a hole and mold in the hallway ceiling. The positive is the condo is a quick walk to the beach.

If you are looking for a place to stay close to the beach and one that has plenty of room this is the place for you. You have everything you need when you get there just make yourself at home. If you have any issues you give them a call and they are taken care of right away. I would stay here again for sure.

The condo itself was beautiful, updated, and clean. The upstairs has the master bedroom and bath, and it was the best part! You can walk thru the parking lot and end up at the Whales Tail restaurant, which is also on the beach. It was all so convenient.

The condo was very clean and was close to the beach. The kitchen is well supplied however there could have been a few more frying type pans. They also need to be non stick pans the ones supplied were hard to keep the food from sticking. Also the sliding door was extremely hard to open. It was our first time in Destin so we have nothing to compare this property against but overall it was ok.

This unit is located near a rear gate. You are not allowed to enter this gate. You are required to drive around to the north entrance in bumper to bumper traffic. The you get the pleasure of meeting the wonder security staff. Be ready for a full on 3 degree each time you go in. Unless it is after 9pm then the gate is wide open. Unit has old furniture and is located upstairs, they forgot to mention that. Plus beach access is a good 3/4s of a mile. For the money just not worth it

Great place, very spacious high ceilings, clean, short flat easy walk (without a lot of beach stuff) to the beach, almost directly across from the spacious pool area. Very quiet neighborhood near a lot of places. 100% would rent again.

This unit overlooks the peaceful lake and is a very short distance to the beautiful beach. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious and the bathroom is updated with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is also updated but lacking decent utensils and dishes. (only two bowls) A gate card for the scenic 98 entrance/exit would have been very beneficial. I love this location and Seascape, so will be returning!

View from the deck was over a small lake with a golf course on other side. Enjoyed the wildlife in the lake. (ducks and turtles) A lot of steps to get to the master bedroom and bath, but once there, very spacious and beautiful with it's own deck. Walk to the beach is only about 100 yards and the first thing on the beach is the WhalesTail restaurant that we enjoyed several times. Also a great place for early morning walks with little to no traffic within the compound. Master bedroom and bath are very spacious and comfortable.

Location is fantastic. Lots of amenities and the condo is nice. Only complaint is that it is a 2nd floor condo and not disclosed in listing. Be aware if you're limited mobility.

This was a very clean and comfortable home. It is a second story condo with 2 stories within the unit. We loved everything about the decor, location and view of the lake. The walk to the beach is so short with easy beach access. I and my fur babies will be back!
