Another Terrific Tops’l Trip!

1205 is. BEAUTIFULLY decorated and comfortable with ample seating and storage! Everything is well maintained, particularly the ivce maker, washer and dryer! The covered parking and elevators are so convenient! We particularly enjoyed having hangers in our closets and luggage racks available!

Overall we enjoyed our trip. We thought we were going to overlook the ocean from a typical view. Suggest an update about the location. Fans in the living room were not functioning and the AC in the master was not cooling the room without freezing the remainder of the unit.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS UNIT - 1205

We have been to Destin several times and stayed at the TOPS'L twice before and had great experiences. The location and amenities are great at TOPS'L.....but.....this unit was a dumpster fire. Upon arrival the manager at checkin confirmed it was clean and was checked by a supervisor. As we entered we immediately noticed a tremendous amount of sand on the floor, like it had never been cleaned. Then we inspected the unit and there was trash still in the trash can, five light bulbs out, the master shower handle was barley operable and hanging on by a thread, the kitchen cabinets would not shut right, the washer & dryer bi-fold doors were broken, the kitchen sink faucet was not tightened down under the sink and moving all around, the secondary bathtub would not drain when you took a shower and you stood in 6 inches of water, in addition to a disgusting ring around the tub that was filthy, the master shower looked like it had not been cleaned and was disgusting, we had a half roll of toilet paper in the master bathroom, they gave us 6 small towels, the AC vents had dirt and dust hanging from them and had not looked cleaned....obviously from the list above not what you would expect for the price. We did call managment and they sent up a repair tech who did replace the light bulbs and fix the sink but that was it. They also said they would waive the cleaning charge...which I would hope so. Bottom line, do not stay in this unit. We are not ones to complain or write negative reviews or reviews ever but we felt compelled to get the word out so others do not have the experience we had and waster their hard earned money.

OUR VACATION WITH VACASA AT BEACH MANOR

Our family had a wonderful vacation in unit 1205! The condo was decorated beautifully with plenty of storage for our belongings! The unit was impressive with its amazing views and cleanliness. The parking near elevators was greatly appreciated! Whenever we had questions or experienced a problem, we were assisted quickly! We were blessed with wonderful weather and feel grateful for our cherished memories of this vacation. A few things that could make a visit more enjoyable would include a heated hot tub. Couches that did not sag, making it difficult for elderly to stand after being seated. It would be nice to have hot water, rather than warm water at the kitchen sink. Beautiful views of the Emerald Coast while relaxing in comfort.

I loved sitting out on the larger balcony at night listening to the ocean waves hit the shore and feeling the breeze. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. You can see the ocean from 2 of the bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and the dining room as well as both balconies. The ladies at reception were very kind and made the check in process so pleasant after a long day in the truck. It is just an elevator ride and short walk to the beach.

Amazing experience for our family vacation this Summer

Great condo, clean, quiet in the room - we were not disturbed by those around us, comfortable accommodation. Good kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The view was stunning any time from windows and balconies! Wonderful beach front property, great views. Only 2 things I would say would be : 1. King bed in the master needs a new mattress/ bed. Bring your own pillow if you need a certain type. 2. Needed more towels in the room, had to call for them and it took an extra day to receive. Only one set of towels in rooms.

A RELAXING RETREAT

We had a wonderful week in our clean, beautifully decorated condo! The views were amazing! The floor plan was perfect for our family of five! There was plenty of storage and closets for our belongings. We had an ice maker that worked well. The laundry area was so convenient; and the shower in the master bathroom was superb because it provided a hand held shower attachment! We had comfortable beds and seating throughout the condo. We enjoyed our meals at The Ocean Club, breakfast at Top Spin and beverages/snacks at the poolside cafe. We would love to return to 1205 again! Thank you to Mr. Frank, maintenance supervisor, and to the entrance security for your assistance!.
