Great stay!

Easy to find location, great parking options & very clean well kept property! Loved they supplied the basics until we could purchase some for our own. The balcony ocean view was stunning, rooms were very tidy & had everything needed for an extended stay- only complaint is not having comforters/blankets & the master bed could be more comfortable :/. They provided sheets and very thin blankets but after being sun burnt, we needed something heavier. Overall a wonderful stay and we plan to return in October!

Location Location!!

We have always enjoyed our stays at Majestic Sun. Condo was very spacious and clean. It was nice that there were a few beach chairs and umbrella to use on the beach.

Easy process to rent. Beautiful accommodations. Fabulous view of the Gulf. Had magnificent sunrises and sunsets, moonrises and moonsets since Strawberry Moon was occurring during our stay. Very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed staying in this condo! There are several areas with chips and nicks taken out of baseboards and the master bathroom cabinet but that didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The host was so pleasant to deal with.

Girls getaway

This was the perfect condo with oceanfront view and beach access. The unit was clean and was provided with basic supplies to clean dishes and had individual toiletries. Prompt communication with the property manager and answered all my questions. Would love to stay here again!

Great Beach Time

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The technology worked quite well so that we could get work done with minimal effort. Beach access was so incredibly easy. We were welcomed wholeheartedly into the nightly pickleball games. The only negative: we love to cook after a day on the beach and then go out after. We had to go out for dinner every night because the kitchen just was not adequate for cooking a meal for our group. Again, not a huge thing since most people want to go out, but it will probably lead us to rent a different condo simply because we like to cook.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spent our Fall Break vacation at Majestic Sun 701B. The bedroom and bathroom accommodations were perfect for our family. Although the views were gorgeous the unit is definitely showing some wear. The sofa is looking a little dingy and the outdoor furniture is cracking from age. The unit was clean, but there are spots of scuffed paint on the walls and around every door knob. For the price of the unit some updates could be made.

What a view!

Initially, I was a little worried we might be bothered by the street noise but it wasn't a problem. The roar of the ocean muffled out the noise. At night the street was very quiet and we could sleep with the sliding glass door open to hear the ocean. The condo was very comfy and clean. Only suggestion would be a bistro table for balcony. It would of been nice to of been able to eat a meal on the balcony. Only plastic chairs with small side tables to sit our drinks on were provided. We had a great time at Miramar Beach. Beaches were beautiful! We would recommend the SeaBlaster boat ride. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Great location close to beach with inside & outside pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Majestic sun was in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and stores. It is a very busy, loud and happening area. I don’t think it was worth the price we paid. The gate codes didn’t work half the time so we had to walk all the way around the property to get in with all of our beach stuff. one night the shower temp was cold and master bath fan is so loud It’s annoying. The air shuts off if doors are open which is great but even with the doors closed the air seemed to shut off. it’s hard to get ahold of anyone since no one is ever at the guest counter even left emails and voice mails as requested Per app but still no response after our initial requests. Only response we got from staff was the next day after our check in . On our initial day there we were supposed to have 10 pool bracelets but only had 6 to access pool area so I left a message wasn’t able to talk with anyone asking for more bracelets to attend the pool area. They responded the next day. Also, one of the side tables broke as we were moving luggage in. We hit it with the luggage cart. We notified them of that along with the bracelets . When the lady came to the room she gave us the bracelets and took some of the broken stand and said she would be back for the rest. We thought they would come right back or notify us of them returning to get the rest but didn’t they came in while we were all out . We had all our personal property in that room and would have liked notice to be there when someone was going to come in. Also, most places honor an early check in if the room is ready not this place they want you to pay $75 extra once the room is clean to check in if it’s before 4.
