Great vacation, excellent location. Could not stay here without a golf cart. Be sure to read the fine print and reserve the cart for $50 a day prior to arriving. We overlooked this and were able to still have access by calling Vacasa on our drive to the unit.

The home was very well designed. I toke my family of 9 and we had plenty of space. The home was secluded but close to shopping centers and the outlets. The golf cart is a must. It made mobility easier. The beach was In walking distance and the pool was directly across the street. There's also extra parking at the beach area. We really enjoyed our time there and we will be back.

This spacious condo was very clean and nicely appointed for our group of 7. Definitely recommend getting the golf cart, as exploring the large resort was a highlight. The Baytown Wharf area was fun for both adults and teens in our group. The beach is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride and is really beautiful- though highly regulated for public access. The access was initially a little hard to find, and most of the beach is “reserved” for members or residents of other sections of the resort. There are only tiny areas where you can bring your own beach gear to enjoy a beach day. Our teens were frustrated that there wasn’t really even room to play a game of catch (and were even scolded for being in the wrong area by one person after they followed the directions of the beach staff and thought they were in the “allowed” area). The nearby pool was heated during our visit at the end of March which made swimming very comfortable! Overall a good value for the price point!

We were able to stay close to where our daughter was getting married with family and friends. The condo was well equipped and spacious. The golf cart made getting around so easy. Having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms met everyones’ needs. Lots of living space and a well equipped kitchen. We would use it again.

A short walk to the beach, surrounded by shopping, eating and local events- but this property gives guests the perfect place to slow down, enjoy family and friends and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the screened in porch. Beautiful property, so well stocked for cooking “at home”.

Very nice, comfortable stay. Loved the master Bathroom. Pretty much came with everything we can expect at a rental property. Only wish it came with complementary golf carts. Other than that very nice home conveniently located right by the pool for the kidos. Definitely would stay here again.

Condo was super clean and very spacious!! The virtual tour looked even better than the pictures and seeing it in person was even better than the virtual tour. I wanted my kids and I to be comfortable in every way for our week vacation stay and this wonderful condo definitely met our expectations! Having a washer and dryer inside was a big plus and very convenient for me since it was 4 of us constantly changing from beach clothes to dinner attire, night wear ect. Didn’t have to leave with any dirty/wet clothes when we packed up. And the fact that every bed had mattress covers on them was a HUGE plus for me!! We will definitely be back. It was worth every cent to see my kids smile the way they did!

This home was everything that my family wanted. Very updated the home had all the kitchen utensils you could think of. Property was super nice right across the street from the pool. Will defiantly recommend for my clients.
