Loved the property! Super clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Love the location and the property manager was super helpful and responsive. My only suggestion is better mattresses. But had a great stay!

Family Beach trip

Great location, clean property, large balcony. (Only negative was some rude vacationers somewhere above us that thought dropping food over their balcony was okay…it fell on ours. Really nothing can be done. Trade off for extra large balcony). Liked the security of the property and extra large pools too.

Great location in Miramar! Nice, big pools and short walk to beach. Unit was generally clean but needed attention in some areas like shower door. New tile flooring was great. Would be better to have this in bedrooms too where carpet needed cleaning. Common areas of property felt dingy and dirty.

The Condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very well equipped with dinnerware

The location was awesome, just a small walk to the beach. I was a little disappointed with the restaurant bar in the building, did not seem to clean. The third bedroom, was not really a bedroom just a closet with bunkbeds and a little dresser. Definitely need a car as there was not too much to do within walking distance.

Overall happy with this condo. It was comfortable and spacious. The only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the building and condo. Carpets could use a cleaning as well as some of the walls (bathrooms) and the balcony/balcony furniture. The building hallways could use a good power wash. With the number of people going through the building, it should be part of regular maintenance. The pools were VERY clean and lovely. Again, overall happy with the condo but just a couple observations.

The condo was very clean with the exception of the rugs in the dining and living rooms and carpet in the bedrooms should be replaced. Other than that, the place was in a great location and family friendly! The balcony overlooked the pool and you can see a glimpse of the beach.

This condo was great! Very clean upon arrival. Perfect size for our family. The pools were great and super kid friendly. Not right on the beach but a super easy short walk to the beach. (Which we knew ahead of time.) Would definitely stay again.

Place was great!

The place was great other than the condo was a dusty (not to the point where it wasn’t stay-able) and the carpets could use some shampooing. Other than that the place was great and I’d definitely stay again! We were in short walking distance to the beach and also in walking distance to some shopping and food places also a restaurant on site. Love that it had access to two pools which made it nice because they were not ever over crowded.
