This is a beautiful property! The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Great amenities, wonderful staff, and wonderful view. I highly recommend this place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing condo, very stylish in furnishings and all the amenities one could need for a beach trip. The three bed three bath combo unit was perfect for family and adult children. The management staff was extremely attentive to all needs. The distance to the beach might be a little much in hot summer but was great for early spring. Highly recommended for fun in the sun.

The towels were dingy, every shower curtain had stains, the towel rack in the main bathroom was hanging off the wall. Where the rack was hanging it appears there was previous work done however, the patching was not sanded or painted over. The shower drain was rusted and the shower knob had mold inside. The screen door on the patio was leaning against the wall and would fall off any time we tried to fix it. There were dead moths in the windows and the tv remotes did not work. We had to reconnect the cable in the living room. When we tried closing the curtains in the living room the rod continuously fell out. My family has been coming to Tops'l for 13+ years and have never experienced this. For the amount of money we paid nightly this was not what we expected.
