The shopping is fantastic at stores like Eddie Bauer, G.H. Bass & Co., and Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Clarks, and FOSSIL at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just two miles west. Destin FL Charter Boats puts deep-sea fishing enthusiasts right alongside triggerfish, red snapper, white snapper, gag grouper, scamp grouper, almaco jack, and red grouper, and is only four miles away.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
