*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through SEPTEMBER 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Phil Hummel Pool and NEW SOA Owners Pool on the north side of the resort. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for the pool closure inconvenience.
