Newer house in quiet, quaint neighborhood

The house is newer and has nice finishes and nice decor inside. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and a close 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The bikes come in handy and are good quality. The communication with RealJoy was great! Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL

This home was absolutely gorgeous! It was much larger than it looks in the photos. It was immaculate. It had everything you need in the kitchen. The outdoor space was wonderful and the swim spa was the icing on the cake. I would love to return and would highly recommend it! The pool is around the corner and the beach is a short walk away.

Great house

The house was spacious and comfortable for everyone and very clean. We had 4 adults and 8 kids ranging from 10 months old to 16 years old and everyone enjoyed it. The beach is a short walk away, the bikes are very convenient and the neighborhood feels very safe.We didn't use the community pool as the weather was a little chilly and it was not heated. The hot tub was a nice commodity. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would definitely go back, maybe when it's a little warmer...

Our stay was fine at the home. We just wish there were more blankets, pot holders & kitchen towels, sponges for the kitchen and towels specifically for the hot tub usage. We have stayed at many different locations and always have been provided with items such as spices, garbage bags, starter dish soap etc.
