Beachside getaway

This rental was perfect for our 3 small families. Tri level structure provided each family unit with semi privacy. Perfect beach location and great proximity to grocery stores and dining options. Easy in and out. Thanksgiving getaway worked out great!!

Suggestion

House need more cookware, only 3 cooking pans available. The dryer didn't work, I reported it and they send someone but he had to wait on the part to fix it. The fridge needs to be replaced, doors doesn't stay closed and missing some glass shelves and drawers. WiFi didn't work majority of the time.

We stayed at this VRBO last week, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the unit was not clean—there were flies and trash throughout the property, and the rug in the den area was filthy. Parts of the floor were coming apart, which created safety concerns.Although the unit is advertised to sleep 23 people, there was only parking available for four small cars, and this limitation—especially regarding vehicle size—was not communicated in advance. The lower deck also had areas where the wood was extremely soft, which could be dangerous.Additionally, the upstairs bathroom was backing up. We called for a plumber, but no one ever showed up, so we ended up having to unclog and clean the drain ourselves.The one positive was the location—the unit is right on the beach, which was very convenient.
