Spacious and comfortable. Golf cart was perfect . The directions for the golf cart and leaving condo were great. Loved trash pick up every morning. Such a nice area to walk our doggie too.

A great value, and a great place to take your family.

This property is exactly as advertised in the listing. It is clean, well maintained, and the communication from the property manager was excellent. They responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. My son loves to fish, so the availability for him to fish in multiple ponds within walking distance was great for us. The golf cart with this rental was crucial for us, as it saved me so much time in getting around the area. It made it easy to get to the beach, pools, or shopping/dining.

July 4th family vacation

Great location! Very happy with the space and having the golf cart was added fun! Beds and pillows being uncomfortable was the only complaint. Would stay here again (but would bring my own pillow).

Beautiful and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, comfortable, and convenient property. It was a perfect place to celebrate my son and his fiancé engagement. They were engaged at the beach on Sandestin’s property. We have been visiting Destin for over thirty years. We would highly recommend you stay at the beautiful property. The golf cart was definitely a plus.

PERFECTION!

Everything about our stay was perfect from start to finish. Communication with the host was excellent and all of our questions were answered immediately when we were booking. When we arrived, check in was a breeze with no wait time since all the codes we needed to access the property were sent in advance. The condo is absolutely beautiful, immaculate, well-stocked, and simply perfect to enjoy time with family. The view of the lake and sunset from all the windows across the back of the unit is breathtaking, and we really enjoyed spending time just sitting on the screened balcony taking it all in. The grounds are also perfect for enjoying some beautiful walks with our pup. We loved having a golf cart as well! This made trips to the beach, shopping, dining, and just riding around taking in all of the beauty of the entire area so much fun. The location is perfect! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Many great qualities, some just ok

The rental was lovely, however the dining room table takes up too much room. The couch needs updating. You need to bring your own salt and pepper, coffee filters. The master shower needs grab rails or bath matt as floor can be slippery. The golf cart was fun and very much appreciated as the beach is not as close as thought. But the charging station fills up in the evening and the charge cord is short. Unit generous with beach chairs and umbrellas, which is good because no beach service. The property managers were great and very helpful. The property/landscaping were gorgeous. Be sure to go to the warf!

Great stay, great location!

We rented this condo during the week/weekend of the Sandestin Wine Festival. It's a short walk (.3 miles) to the venue and shopping. Lots of areas to walk our puppies, and sidewalks for exercise. The condo is nice and clean, with great views of the golf course and pond. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stay was everything we imagined

Beautiful views from balcony of golf course and lake. The golf cart really helped. Also, the short access to the pool was probably the best part. The property was very clean inside and spacious enough for our family to enjoy as a whole. We’ll definitely be visiting again. Thank you … we did have issues with parking at first when we arrived but was able to sort the issue very quickly.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This property was just perfect for our family. The location was great. Walking distance to the pool as well as Baytowne Village. The condo was just as described. The pictures matched our experience. The screened porch as very nice (not all in the complex were screened and we did enjoy that aspect. There were beach chairs and toys in the closet which is also nice to reduce packing. There is a large laundry room / pantry so plenty of space if you plan to bring groceries and do laundry (which we always do). Each BR has a TV. Our girls loved their BR with twin beds. The king bed was comfortable and each room had multiple pillows (another nice feature). Master bath has nice large walk in shower along with soaking tub (another favorite of our girls). We definitely want to stay here again. You can truly find everything you need without ever getting out onto Hwy 98 if you desire. Thanks for a great week of family vacation and memories.
