Perfect stay!

The home was very clean upon arrival. This room in particular was so close to the entryway and the pool, which was a bonus! Great overall place to stay especially for a family.

Don’t stay here

Room wasn’t very clean, wasn’t taken care of very well, room connects to someone else’s room from the inside so you heard everything that went on next door. Patio furniture was stolen on our stay. Tv doesn’t work very well and had hard time getting Wi-Fi. Overall Vacasa was very helpful and accommodating. But the actual place wasn’t worth it.

Beautiful studio. Thoroughly loved the location giving access to the pool, hot tub , grills, and the clubhouse. Nice decor and very comfortable bedding. The condo had all we needed for a weeks stay ! We adore the Tops’l Resort! Always glad to return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not what I expected

No toilet paper The AC unit in the middle of the day would not cool enough / the room maintain a room temperature of 74 The adjacent door inside the room, I could hear the neighbor clearly at all hours of the night The tile floor did not have one small rug to wipe your feet I move to unit A506 - similar unit but way better, had toilet paper and a tub that opened to the bedroom. Nice touch. The room also feels cooler. Just letting you know the cons.
