Great condo!

Decoration was on point with plenty of kitchen supplies. Master bed was comfortable and the couch was perfect. Great sunset views! Staff at Beachside one were very respectful and helpful to guests.

Grrreat!

The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, golf and the beach. The views are amazing, wake up to the beach, go to sleep with the calming sound of the ocean. Actual unit is super cute and functional. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all the things, master shower has many options and washer/dryer was a bonus!

Spring Break Escape

Our family of 4 rented this condo in early March for spring break. It was a great spot to stay. Loved that the beach is private compared to the beachfront two buildings down by the Beach House. Great pool/hot tub area as well as two grills and outdoor eating area by the pool. Great walkway to the beach with lounge seating. Lovely balcony with beach/sunset views. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! We were thrilled this property was available, as we booked pretty last minute. I truly have nothing but good things to say about this particular condo: clean, comfortable beds, beautiful modern decor. My favorite was the sunset views from the balcony! The pool area at Beachside One was also wonderful for adults and young children as well. The only thing we felt we missed out on was a golf cart, but not a deal breaker to stay at such a nice condo. Will definitely be back.

The property location is great. Right on the beach. Amazing views from the property. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The condo is well equipped for cooking. The washer and dryer helped to pack light. The condo was clean. We will stay here again.

Great Vacation Place!

This place was very clean and in great condition. Ocean view was wonderful at anytime of the day. Only thing we didn’t like, no blackouts curtains, which let in the light early. But great view from master bedroom.

Gorgeous condo

We enjoyed absolutely everything about this beautiful condo. The golf cart was a major plus. We parked our car and used the golf cart our entire stay. We will be returning!

Amazing Sunset Views from the 13th floor steps from the elevator!

This is our 3rd stay at Beachside 1. We enjoy this building because the pool is right outside the elevator. This unit is our current favorite of the 3 that we have rented. We love that it was close to the elevator. We also were fans of the oversized couch and lack of glass/fragile decorations/art that small children can bump into. Great views from the 13th floor. The unit was stocked with all the necessities to be comfortable during your stay. We will definitely book again in the future!

Very nice.

We had a few questions after we got in and they were very responsive. No problems with the unit. My husband loved the master shower. After renting chairs and umbrella the first day, we discovered portable beach chairs and umbrella(s) in the closet and used those the next day. Thanks for that. Elevators were fast and access to the beach from the 1st or 2nd floor was really nice and there was always a place to park. *We did not use the oven or stove so I can’t comment on that. 😁

Best beach rental we’ve ever had

First time at Beachside One, but not our last. Loved the convenience of access to the pool and beach. It was obvious that this unit was recently renovated. It was very cute and comfortable. It’s apparently someone’s getaway condo and it made you want to treat it with respect of being a guest in someone’s home. The included golf cart was a nice bonus. We enjoyed taking it to the bay side for a gelato run. Vacasa was A+ as an agent. Any questions were given a quick response. Will definitely rent this unit again if available for our next vacation.

Great for our family of 4

The condo is stunning. The views from the master are just breaking. We stay with our 2 boys. The twin beds were a little small,but they were comfortable. Ample closet space for a second bedroom. The kitchen is equipped well enough to cook your meals. We did have to wash the majority of the dishes before we could use them. They were put away dirty. The master has a huge walk in closet and shower. The washer and dryer was a nice touch to help us pack light. The previous guest had left 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs in the closet. That helped us save a ton on renting them from sandestin. We left 2 boogie boards as well. It was clean and the perfect location just steps from the beach. We plan to stay here again. I will say the only odd thing was none of the doors locked. Not even the bathrooms. That is my only complaint. If you are traveling with small children you aren't going to have any privacy. Hopefully they swap those out before our next stay. Overall it was beautiful. I loved our stay here.
