Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time renting this unit and stayed for 1 month. This is a very nice unit that is well equipped with great views of both the Gulf on one side and the pool on the other. Very clean and comfortable unit. Always worry about the mattress for a good sleep and this unit doesn't disappoint. We enjoyed our stay so much we have rented it for two months next year. HOA heated the pool for 1 week and it was well used but then tuned it off and it wasn't used. This is an HOA issue and nothing to do with the units themselves.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed at was clean, great views, well-appointed and convenient to the beach. Unfortunately, the stay was far from issue free. Upon arrival, our room code wouldn’t work, which required a call to My Vacation Haven to get a new code, and a wait of 10 minutes to access our condo. Next, while running the hot water in all faucets, the smell of sulfur was overpowering. This resulted in not being able to wash hands, or shower, until a technician could come and troubleshoot. Turns out the unit hadn’t been rented in some time, and it’s common for the sulfur smell to build up in the water pipes. This was resolved by running all the faucets for 30 plus minutes. Lastly, had our access code stop working on 2nd to last day, and had to call and get another code from the office.

Great view, nice and clean!

We stay at Luau every year and you cant go wrong with the location, amenities and condo decorations! Loved this unit that is shared allowing the boys to be in one room and everyone else in the other! Would recommend this property for sure.
