Nice studio in Sandestin. Easy check in and the condo was exactly as described. The pool area was nice and the beach is just a short walk down a trail.

Wonderful Stay!

This room had everything we needed for a few days. The bed is extremely comfortable and the view of the beach is great. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Overall good stay

Everything about the place was great, the pool was nice and the walk to the beach was easy. The only thing that I didn't like was when you get to the beach one side is reserved for Hilton guests only and the other side is full of Sandestin beach chair rentals so if you bring your own stuff you basically have no room on the beach unless you sit behind all the chairs and then you can barely see the water.

Was great only thing I would recommend is them being able to accommodate an early check in as we were waiting around until 4pm when the the room was empty and clean but we could not enter the code until 4pm

Wonderful

Beautiful view, clean room, comfortable bed, great property, short and easy walk to the beach! The pool and hot tub on the property were wonderful also. Tiki hut at the pool was open every day during our stay and offered food and drinks. Great location, very close to stores and restaurants. I would recommend this property and would book again! :)

It's a BIG studio with great view. You are not far away from the beautiful beach to walk. little tip; when you go to the beach, take a parasol and beach chairs that sits inside closet next to the door. I will recommend to any couple if the plan to visit Sandestin, FL.

Relaxing

Bed was comfy, room was nice, loved the view of the ocean and beach, the internet was very slow on the t.v. while trying to watch in evening, and the balcony was extra small, there was only one elevator working at this time, which made for a huge wait time, but overall it did the job. The kids and i enjoyed ourselves.

A great stay for a couple.

The condo was exactly as listed. However I do not recommend for more than 2 adults because it is very small. That was on me, not them. We had 2 children with us and it was a little cramped but we made it. My daughter has a hurt knee and the walk to the beach was a little further than i expected but overall it was a good stay.

Overall our stay was nice. The beach closet was dirty and full of sand which could be expected but they threaten to charge if you leave the chairs sandy. A little more supplies could've been left (dish soap, hand soap, maybe a cleaning spray) but overall not a bad room.

Great stay

Nice and clean, balcony is super small and skinny so sitting out wasn’t really an option but was a pretty view. Also recommend bringing a blanket as there was nothing but sheets on the bed and we froze. Amenities aren’t super clear in the listing as far as finding out about the tram, and nearby restaurants at the surrounding resorts you can tram to. There are lots of great amenities I had no idea about !

Great location

The condo was a great location, we were a very short distance to lots of good shops & restaurants. I’m not sure how far the walk to the beach was, we chose to drive to other beach access. I loved how we didn’t have to check in with a front desk, they gave us the code and we went right in. Super easy! The room was the perfect size for a couple, I just wish the balcony was bigger. I was expecting a regular sized balcony, but it was so small that chairs had to be turned sideways in order to sit outside. Other than that, it was great!
