The perfect vacation spot!

We’ve stayed at this condo a few times. It’s the perfect spot for our family. The property is not crowded as it’s only 4 floors, has a fantastic pool area, and very close to the beach. We will keep coming back.

Weekend Beach Getaway

We completely enjoyed our stay in this condo at Beach Resort. The condo was perfect for my family, extremely clean, very nicely decorated, and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. The location is perfect, and after a few hours at the beach, the pool at Beach Resort is fantastic! The rental process and follow up service we received with Real Joy Vacations was excellent, and this will certainly be our condo of choice when we visit Destin!!!

Fun in the Sun

There is nothing better than staying in a place that is beachy comfortable! It had everything we needed and then some! I loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the ocean. We also enjoyed all of the channels on the tv at night. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities. Just Lovely!

We had a great week staying in this condo. Everything we needed was available. The teens loved being so close to the ocean and spent many hours on the shores - even though the weather was cool by Floridian standards. Thank you for providing this wonderful opportunity.

Nice stay

Beautiful place, nice location. Loved having garage parking too! Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Other places we've rented from had beach chairs and umbrellas, this one does not so you'll have to bring them, rent them or buy them. We did a bit of a longer stay but was still left only 2 dishwasher pods, maybe judge the amount on stay length? Overall a great place and we'd go back for sure!

Dirty.

I have stayed at this resort many times and have never had such a bad experience. The room was dirty. There was a greasy film everywhere. The master bedroom had literal dirt in the sheets. The dishwasher smells so bad and is rusted out. There was as a dirty mop in the closet. Terrible experience.

Ballcation with a view

This unit is beautiful. Nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our family of 5. My kids enjoyed the large pool on site. The beach in this area is gorgeous. During our stay the dishwasher was not operating. Parts were ordered but not repaired during our visit. The dryer did not seem to get hot when drying clothes and therefore took extremely long to dry. Finally the ice maker in the fridge also did not make any ice during our visit. The trip was a lovely family vacation and baseball tournament for our son.

The condo was set up very nice and we felt really comfortable there, the view from the deck was wonderful as you can see the entire pool area and the gulf . Very nice property over all, we loved it and will be back!

Perfection

The condo is absolutely beautiful! When I arrived the interior smelled clean and the tv's were playing jazz music that combined with the lamps on made it so welcoming. I felt at home and would love to stay for a month at some point. The balcony was spacious overlooking the pool and I could see the ocean from the balcony as well. The unit is nicely decorated in a modern farmhouse theme. The kitchen is nicely stocked for almost anything a family would want to prepare. The pool at this condo has a spa feel to it with a beautifully shaped pool rather than a boring rectangle. I really appreciated a section of the pool was heated! Pool bathrooms were always very clean and the pool deck has many areas to it for either privacy or group fun. Plenty of shade for those who wish to get out of the sun. There was a gentleman always, always maintaining the pool area so everything was very clean and tidy. Condo is located within 5 minutes of major shopping and just a couple minutes to coffee/donuts for early mornings.

beautiful condo

we have stayed in this condo twice. One of the nicest at the Beach Resort. We were disappointed that it did not include beach service this time. It cost us an extra $170. It does include a covered parking space. The housekeeping could be a little better. The furniture was very dirty compared to last time we stayed there and it needs a good dusting.

Family beach trip

Overall great location and room! Floors were pretty nasty, black, and lots of hair everywhere but overall we had a wonderful time! Room looks and is great, pool was nice, close to everything we wanted to do! Would love to stay here again.
