We had a fabulous time. We love the location and its close proximity to the water. House is super clean. Would’ve been nice if some of the basic essentials were in the kitchen. It seems like such a waste to have to re-buy all that stuff every time someone stays. New chairs would be an upgrade. We bought two new ones and left them for you but some of those need to be thrown away as they are not functional. All in all it’s a great house. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Great location. Needs some TLC. Very dirty, bugs, pool 2 not clean enough to get in, could be great property is someone to a look and put some lipstick on it.

Great location but with a few compromises

Pool pictures were deceiving. A lot smaller in person. Floors were a little sandy. There were a few roaches but it didn't bother us. Location was great. Less than 5 minutes walk to beach. Living area is small for 18 ppl. Sleeping accomodations was perfect. The only bathroom that wasn't inside a bedroom was on the 2nd floor. Other than a few compromises, we had a great family vacation. Didn't kill each other, so that's definitely a plus lol. We probably won't stay here with that many people though. Should be perfect for 12-15 people.

Very disappointed

I paid a fortune for this house and a large cleaning fee and expected a first class rental - did not get. Overall the house was shabby, no dressers in some bedrooms, tile floors in all bathrooms with no bath mats - a safety hazard. Floors thru out house dirty. all around the edges of every room and under beds, the tile very dirty. Obvious only cleaned in middle. All things in back by pool broken and left in box Pool area filthy. Table full of sand, cushions filthy. I was there for an entire family vacation and was very disappointed in the rental. If it is privately owned and managed by Florida Charms, they do a lousy job and if it is owned by a corporation, shame on them. I will not be back and will be posting this on vacation sites. Spring Break in Miramar Beach

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach. The property was very accurate to the description and everything was easy to use/figure out. We definitely recommend this to any group looking for a nice place to stay at the beach.
