The stay was amazing! Not a far walk to the beach but the shuttle/trolley helped at times. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. It was also very close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

The resort is awesome for families due to the limited traffic, amenities and easy beach access. The condo itself if very nice....slightly dated but all in all a great place for families.

The decoration of the home was great! I loved the whole area surrounding the home. I felt very safe with the security guard at the entrance and the parking lot. Beach access was very convenient. I plan to stay in this home again.

We have enjoyed our stay here for 6 days/5 nights. The walk to the beach is less than a 1/4 mile. No busy street to cross. Just walk through the Tops’l complex. The water was exceptionally clear and beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay in 213. Very comfortable, quick access to the pool and a very short walk to the beach (it’s really hard to tell from the map). Everything was clean and decorated nicely. Traffic was really congested in the area but we didn’t go out much except to get groceries. The only negative is that the beach umbrella for the unit was broken and there was only one chair. Luckily, the other family we traveled with brought several umbrellas and we had to purchase chairs from Walmart. I wish the umbrella and chairs were included! Also, the blow dryer is so small and not attached to the wall. However these were small issues! We will definitely come back again.

This place was wonderful! The condo was very clean and well decorated. The furniture has been updated from what is currently shown in the pictures. The private beach is beautiful! There is a pool, restaurant, and bar just steps from the sand. Overall great trip and wouldstay again!

We had an amazing stay in Summit 213. The condo was very roomy and had a great atmosphere. The Tops’l property is very secure, and we even saw some deer on the property.
