REEL BLESSING is newly renovated & under new ownership! WE ARE LOCATED in the gated community of Emerald Shores...WITHIN 100 YARDS TO THE BEACH! DID YOU KNOW THAT WE ALSO HAVE RESTROOMS ON THE BEACH?!!!

REEL BLESSING is a two-story luxury vacation home located approximately 2 minute walk to the beach and is only two houses away from the main neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community! EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service and it's very own Cabana beachside. (No more walking the little ones back to the house for potty breaks!!!) It's available at the EMERALD SHORES beach pavilion!

The home has 1624 square feet with which to spoil yourself and overflows with upgrades including sectional sofa with FOUR recliners, granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryer & fridge in laundry room, crown molding ceilings on main level, freshly painted interior of home, new bathroom cabinets throughout, new decor, accent lighting, travertine shower in master, tile shower on 2nd floor bath, 65" smart tv in living room with Blu ray player, 55" smart tv in master, in addition to UHD 4k 43" flat screens in each bedroom. Plenty of parking in driveway for 5 cars!!! REEL BLESSING, features three bedrooms with a luxurious KING Master Suite with a Kluft mattress (featured in Bloomingdales). The 2nd bedroom on the second level is a bunk bed extravaganza (2 bunk twins/full sleeps 6 kids). The ample room in this home is a great set-up for two families. The balcony and patios give you ample room to lounge around in a tropical paradise. French doors open up to soak in the tropical Gulf breezes. The home is located on the 2nd beach street in the neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach, the large heated community pool, onsite tennis and basketball courts or restaurants. REEL BLESSING provides complimentary WIFI high-speed Internet access. An array of amenities is at your doorstep. Several Gulf-Front Seafood Restaurants are even within walking distance of the home. There are 2 pools, one is seasonally heated, tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, sidewalks, a beach Pavilion, a tram service (which is seasonal) plus much more. Don’t Wait! Great house/neighborhood

This was our third time staying in this particular neighborhood, and it never disappoints. The home was nicely decorated and very convenient to the beach. The owner is always great to work with. We all had a great week and the weather/beaches were awesome!

The house was very nice, clean, and decorated very nicely. The owner was nice and responsive and provided all the information needed. The house was a short walk to the beach as well as the pool. A couple of restaurants were within walking distance. Very safe and quiet community.

Fun in the Sun

Very nice and loved the location of the house from beach to pool. The home was nice and only a few things we had to let owner know about. I loved the fact we did not have to unpack our car and take an elevator up to any floors, all we had to do is unpack and move in. The bathrooms were great and beds comfortable. It was great having a Dollar General within walking distance, to pick up supplies we needed. The beach was great and dinning was close. We will be back.

Beautiful property, excellent location, two houses from the pool and 300 yards from the beach.

We are snow birds from Michigan and stayed here for seven weeks. The house was great, met all of our needs and very well stocked. The master bedroom/bath is on the main floor, and the two guest rooms on the second floor. Had friends and family join us, and they loved it as well. Coming back next year.

Great location!

There were 5 kids under the age of 9 and 4 adults. This house was the perfect size for our group. It is located within a short walk of the private beach the HOA owns. There are plenty of beach toys provided as well as a wagon. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach. Nice and friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to the Dollar General was a bonus for us when we ran out of sunscreen or needed ice. The home fit 2 families of 4 very comfortably! Would stay here again.

Great location in Destin and in the Neighborhood

This was a great property located on the beach end of the neighborhood. About a 5 min walk to the private beach. This part of Destin is crowded but this property feels private. This particular house has a great parking space and yard area.

Perfect for families

Great location, only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our family of 4, but would easily accommodate more. The listing was very accurate, and Jackie made sure to check in with us the morning of our check-in date. She was very responsive to any questions we had. A good, clean, problem free house helps make a vacation much more enjoyable.
