Great Large Family Getaway

Overall loved the house and location. The entire family was comfortable and complimentary of the house. We had a couple of family members with physical limitations so the elevator was a great convenience. The kitchen was fabulous, few problems with the freezer but was able to overcome. There also wasn’t a golf cart. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived around 5 pm and the door code worked to let us in. The home appeared brand new and immaculately cleaned. Kitchen had sub-zero freezer and refrigerator and a Wolf stove. Pool and hot tub were large, AC was cold. Great property. A couple of things to note. The 2nd floor bunk room is not near a bathroom. The common bathroom on that floor does not have a shower or bathtub either. The icemaker in the freezer is very low volume, so daily ice purchases were a necessity. Our stay did not include a golf cart, which would have been very useful for shutting guests back and forth to the beach.

The house is amazing. It's clean and comfortable. Everyone in our group enjoyed the home, pool, beach and golf cart. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely be back.

This place is amazing, very convenient to stores, restaurants, beach. It’s massive, really good for huge groups. Most of our necessities are provided like pots and pans, air fryer, toaster. They even have a staff who comes and cleans the pool daily. We utilized the elevator which is really a plus having a 3 floor house. The management is easy to communicate with, they are very responsive with every inquiries I asked.They provide bikes, chairs and golf carts unfortunately we are not able to use because we all prefer to walk going to the beach. Overall, by far the best placed we stayed at

Basics needed

Love the house, location, though it needs to be stocked up with basic cleaning products, more cooking pans, trash bags, etc. need instructions on how to work the hot tub.
