A great place to stay for a much needed vacation

The property was wonderful! The condo we booked, 2208, was excellent! It was beautiful, everything was thought out and it was a great place with great proximity to the beach. Being able to just sit on the deck and look at a beach which was only steps away, AWESOME! We will definitely book again and will definitely prefer the very same condo that we had this time. A wonderful experience, a wonderful place to stay.

Beach Getaway

The condo is cozy and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. The condo location is close to just about anything you would like. We really enjoyed our downtime with our fur baby. The rental did not include chair service which isn't a big deal in March, but is nice during the busier season. Overall a great rental!

Spring Vacation

The property was beautiful, located in beautiful area, beach across the street, the gentlemen on the beach Matt and Tucker were great, so helpful, made great restaurant recommendations, pools very clean all the residents friendly I plan on coming back again I will refer you to friends and family to stay with you. Thank you management was always available to answer questions by email. Again enjoyed very much shopping, golf, restaurants all close.

Everything was great but condo needed some deferred maintenance. I called them about both bathrooms and they addressed them within 24 hours. Fast and Friendly.

Exactly as advertised

The check- and was very smooth. We had easy access to the beach. We had a perfect view that I think was better than the property pictures. nothing is perfect but the maintenance a Property was by far the best of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. I was very impressed with the smoothness. Everything was organized, and there were no hassles. I would stay with this company again. Overall, it was a clean property and the view was phenomenal.

Destin retreat

Renting was easy, asked for information in where additional pool was that was shown when booked. No one returned call with info, emailed or texted. Trash disposal ridiculously far away. The one pool was nice and location to beach was easy. Living and dining room areas very drab and did not make you feel like at the beach. Master bedroom was very nice, 2nd bedroom too small for adult comfort. Kitchen nicely remodeled and well stocked with conveniences . Would go back but just not to that particular unit unless furnished differently. Overall my friends that had never visited Destin before truly enjoyed the beach and pool. Could easily walk to good local restaurants was a real plus.

Great Stay with a Fantastic View!!!

Our stay at this Vrbo was absolutely fantastic! The location was unbeatable, everything we needed was close by, from shops to restaurants to attractions. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. The amenities were just as described, and the view was a delightful bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Needs some work

I’ve stayed in this unit before. Recommend it several times .. most recent before this stay was 6/24. This time the unit has a musty smell outlets in the guest bathroom did not work. Balcony doors were almost impossible to open and shut. Water pressure was terrible. This was disappointing mostly the foul smell that we could not get rid of. Location is perfect beach service is great. Hot tub was down and the new way you check in at the last minute is unsettling. This is my 3rd stay this year at Maravilla and have been staying here since 1997.. just a little TLC and I’m Sure it will be perfect again!

Beautiful beach

It was a wonderful place to stay. Very easy access to the beach and pool. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the balcony furniture. There were only 3 chairs and everything was heavily used.

Great location!

Really enjoyed our stay at Maravilla. Unit had a great view of the ocean. Getting to the beach was easy - walk down the stairs (or take the elevator) and cross the street. The beach was white sand and two chairs / umbrella were provided during our stay. The pool was nearby - we didn't notice any noise at night. More families than rowdy party-goers. The pool was very clean and had no issues using the pool. Also right outside the pool was an outdoor shower and place to clean off your feet after visiting the beach. Plenty of parking - no issues there. Tip - you lock the door from the inside when leaving the unit (electronic access to get in). You have to turn the silver knob to lock. The sliding glass door was a bit of challenge to open and close so that might be something for improvement. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.
