Excellent location! Loved the area and neighborhood. House had been renovated and is very clean. We had a fun stay and I would stay on the neighborhood again. However, I would not book this house. Several things didn’t match the VRBO description. First, pool is extremely small, like bathtub size, and there’s very limited deck space to enjoy outdoors. The kitchen table was literally a square outdoor wooden table with 4 plastic chairs. Considering the house sleeps over 10, it was ridiculously small. They added a few bar stools, but still not enough space for our group. No outdoor table either so we crammed into family room& couch for meals. The family room had 1 couch and 2 very small chairs. Again, not adequate for number of guests this house sleeps. The bedrooms and bathrooms all matched description and were comfortable. We were not told this house is for sale, so I suspect the limited furniture was to make the house appear bigger to buyers, but it should not have been rented to a large group.
