Most importantly 2 large sliding glass windows in both the living room and master bedroom provides great views of the vibrant, tropical turquoise water of the gulf.

3. Coastal Escapes: Listen to the waves as you go to sleep each night with our gulf facing master bedroom’s king size bed. The master bath features double sinks and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and on suite bathroom that includes a tub/ shower combo.

4. Amazing Beach: Watch dolphins play in the gulf or enjoy a view of the pool from the oversized balcony. This property has unobstructed views of the gulf and is a short walk across the street to the beach. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for guests in the room, making it easy to relax on the beach without having to rent equipment.

5. Convenience & Recreation: Unit includes a full kitchen with granite counter tops, new washer and dryer, multiple pools including a heated indoor/outdoor pool that is perfect in the offseason. There are multiple hot tubs and onsite gym for guest use. Explore nearby attractions such as on property golf at Seascape’s 9 hole golf course, rent bikes to explore the area or shop at Silver Sands Outlet mall and Destin Commons that are within a few minutes drive. One of the best parts about this location is the abundance of great dining options in the area. There are several popular restaurants within walking distance such as Whale’s Tail and Pompano Joe’s. On the 1st floor of the building there is an Ice Cream Shop that the kids will love and a gift shop that is great for grabbing souvenirs or grabbing something you forgot for your trip.
