Great Location

Booked for my two daughter's for a sister get away. They enjoyed their stay as to everything being within walking distance other than the beach. Only issues were the AC was noisy, the fridge leaked, and the shuttle passes were not in the room. Contacted the host and got them sent right away. Would have liked some beach towels provided. Over all a nice stay.

It’s OK

It’s an old unit, bed is extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock, other furniture is old/stained, unit is unjust worn out, bathroom needs immediate attention, all towel racks are broken and missing they put up command hooks as a replacement…location is great, other than that it’s pretty much a zero.

Inpatient cleaning staff

The place was fine for one night but the morning of checkout we got two knocks on our door between 8 and 9 asking if we were leaving yet. We had kids sleeping so it was pretty annoying especially the second time. We had til 10 and never had checked out yet.

Great choice!

Beautiful property located near the beach. 2 comfy club chairs are pull outs and largest bed seems to be a double. Great soft mattress on the largest bed. Visit the front desk for details on restaurants, bike rental, free shuttle, etc as the room did include these details. Sheets for the pullouts are included but bring your own blanket if you'd like something heavier (beyond sheets) on the pull outs. Balcony view looks over treetops, the front of hotel and a portion of the golf course. Fantastic and easy booking, check-in, parking and check-out. Appliances (wine fridge, mini fridge and microwave) were great! Dishwasher is included as well. Small dining table for 2. 10 out of 10. Would stay here again.

great studio condo

Great little condo for a couple of very small family. My husband, two years old and I booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect for us. We’ve never stayed in Sandestin but will for sure be back!
