Nice layout and beautiful view from the balcony. Overall we had a nice stay. It is time for the mattress to be replaced though; very uncomfortable.

really enjoyed our stay

very nice little condo. Comfortable bed, nice tv. That balcony and its view are unbeatable, and just steps from the beach which was great. Nice walking / biking and restaurants on property, close to many others up and down rte 98. Only downside was miserable elevator service in the building.

The condo is exactly as shown and advertised. The furnishings are in great shape, the unit was clean, and interactions with management were easy and very helpful. This is our third visit to Beachside II, our first in this condo, and we will definitely continue to return!

Updating rental unit

It’s not bad just needs a little attention. the king size bed needs to be replaced. The patio door is junk made noise when u open and close it lots of little stuff that didn’t work right .

Beach Location

Property location was on beach yet the only restaurant within walking distance was the Beach House. Although there is a tram to get around the resort, a golf cart or car would have been ideal. We were late for a dinner reservation due to the sporadic tram schedule. Inside the condo was as described. my only complaint is, there were only 4 forks and 2 dishwasher packets. So there was no dish soap or dish rag to wash forks after each use. To prepare, bring flatware, napkins, paper plates, dishsoap and hand soap.

Very nice studio condo

A very nice studio condo with plenty of room for a couple. Well maintained and perfect for our stay. The only problem is that the beach in front of the condo building gets very crowded because there is a tram stop right next to the building, and folks from other parts of the resort pour in.

Great view!

You felt very safe here on the resort with codes to get into just about everything and guards in main entrance. Bring everything if you plan on cooking. Only four 6 ounce coffee cups, no mugs, 4 forks, 3 wine glasses very bare. Microwave did not work or can opener. Remodeled studio very cute decor and modern but the cleanliness could have been better. They had dust bunnies under furniture, a black stain on shower curtain, caulk all along shower window, a long curly black hair on the shower wall and several makeup stains on sheets and others like cigarette mark so that part was disappointing other than that had a great time but prob stay somewhere else. Lobby areas needs updating too
