AMAZING BEACH VACATION

Weekend getaway

Spent the weekend here for my birthday. The pictures did this house no justice. It was beautiful.

Impressed!

We could not have been happier with the cleanliness and the overall size of the condo! Tram pass was a great bonus and all of the provided beach supplies came in handy. Pool was also super close! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property in a great location. Very clean & kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. Communication was not ideal. We posted two questions and did not get a response to either.

Perfect Spring Break Family Destination

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The house was spotless and perfect for our family of six with plenty of space. The golf cart was a nice perk as we could get everywhere (even the grocery) and didn't really drive our car all week. We had one minor issue while there which was solved through Gibson in less than 5 minutes. This was our first time in Miramar Beach area and we felt it was the perfect family vacation spot. We will definitely be back!

October Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and had everything one needs for a peaceful and quiet stay. The gold cart was handy and useful for scouting the area. Access to all roads and routes was available. The steps to enter the home were more than I expected and then additional ones once the home was entered. If you have a problem with stairs, take caution. We could not figure out how to turn the heat on (we had unexpected cold weather for a couple of days). We enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding area and would gladly rent this home again. It is in excellent condition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay. Good property. Would recommend. Only areas for improvement would be that the AC schedule made it to where the inside temp was pretty muggy and warm when we returned from dinner. Had to wait about an hour for the AC to cool the place back down. Also could use a deep clean to dust hard to reach places. Water heater provided hot water for everyone even when showering back-to-back which was good.

June 2022 Stay

the house was nice and clean. the upstairs shower seemed clogged. overall good experience but very disappointed in that the unit did not have a golf cart not could we rent one. seemed like we were the only ones without a cart which would have made going to the beach easy. for that I recommend staying in a diff unit. I was not happy that Gibson did not reveal this.

April 2023 Stay

We enjoyed our time at the condo. Pro's Spacious mostly quit short walk to beach nice pool very close condo was well designed and quality features Con's Not many supplies- 2 trash bags and 1 dishwasher tablet supplied. Maybe some tubberware. Other VRBO's we've rented were much better supplied. Destin was extremely busy- long restaurant waits and lots of traffic. Beach was extremely busy. I know this doesn't reflect on the condo but just Destin overall. Overall the condo was very nice and our family enjoyed it. Gibson Beach Rentals communicated well and I used the app a few times to look for activities.

Would Visit Again

We go to Destin every Summer and stay in the Sandestin Resort area. This place looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. The dishes were like new, and the location was great. If I had to add one thing, I would suggest they provide a golf cart. Other than that, it was perfect!

This property is EXCELLENT! The location, communication with the GBR team everything was perfect.

The house was beyond amazing. Comfortable relaxing. My group & I most definitely enjoyed it. We will be making this a yearly trip at this location.
