Great Experience

We travel to Sandestin each summer and this has been one of the best properties that we have stayed. So nice, clean, well decorated, comfortable and the location was perfect given the two large golf carts that made accessing the entire resort a breeze.

Very nice well built place. Furniture dirty, hair balls in the floor, Murphy bed mattress cover stained up. Golf cart lights didn’t work so only one cart could be out at night, kind of the point of getting a place with carts to stay out at the wharf and beach and not have to drive the car. Over all like the place but if we had known about the cart we would have definitely went somewhere else.

Great location!

Location was great and right near everything. The house had all the amenities we needed for the stay. The size was perfect for the 6 people we had but could see adding a couple more without much issue. The golf carts were great and helpful. I will stay there again the next time we come down!

Fantastic Property

This property was fantastic. It was very clean and up to date. It was stocked with anything we needed! The property manager stayed in contact and the check in process was a breeze. The location was great and very quiet. We had plenty of room for our family of 8. The kids loved the little kid area with large bean bags and TV. We also enjoyed the outside fire pit on the cool Florida evenings. We would stay here again!

Carts on the course

This was our first time at this house. By far this was the best place we’ve stayed in Sandestin over the past ten years. Each area of the resorts has pros and cons. You need a golf cart, and what’s better than one golf cart?? TWO. If you’re worried you won’t have a gulf view, sacrifice that for more seclusion and quiet neighbors at this property. Back up to the front door and you don’t have to worry about parking garages, elevators, or hauling luggage and groceries. This house was clean, well stocked and perfectly appointed. There were zero hiccups or problems with the property or Funvacay.
