「The individual rep who processed our arrival was slightly confrontational in regards of the pricing that was given to us. We had the Expedia contract in front of us and we were given another price. After a long discussion with the front desk rep, eventually she notified her manager. It would be nice if she simply listened and viewed the contract that was submitted to us by Expedia. The 2nd day, she rectified the problem and had a better attitude . of 」

「The front desk staff was very welcoming & accommodating on the phone before my arrival & when I got there. It was quiet, clean & everything was convenient in & out of the room. Breakfast was amazing & you had a number of self-serve options. I was pleasantly surprised & would stay there again.」

「Arrived to a friendly welcome, on arrived to my room found a clean and lovely layed out. With the kitchen to the left fridge dishwasher cooker and draws with all you need to wardrobe to the right. On entering to the main part a 4 persons table and chairs , tv and draws two comfortable beds that we sleep well in and charging points for phones and things. Then a bathroom with walk in shower and every thing lovely and clean with a good surply of towels and hair dryer would recommend to any one it...

「Enjoyed our stay. The condo was in great condition and had necessary utensils we needed. We had a 21st floor one bedroom unit (I heard the higher the better). Great views. Check in was smooth until we had to talk to the concierge. We had read the reviews that noted this pushy concierge tactic. Luckily- We ended up spending two minutes with her as we told her that we are members with Hilton Grand Vacations and have no interest in another time-share condo affiliation. 「The building is really old and the room is dirty no cleaning service, the matteress was really hard cannot sleep on there, when we get the there the toilet was broken and towel hanger was broken too And at the LAST they charged me $164 without receipt or without email, i still dont know why This was really terrible experience, never go there again 」

「Great little place decorated very cute and fun. Just about 3 blocks from Laguna Beach. All the amenities including an all-in-one washer dryer that was kind of hard to figure out. Nice beds, great little kitchen. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again.」

「This condo was awesome! Pictures are spot on! All beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, and utensils. If you plan on cooking and possibly having leftovers, there isn’t any Tupperware, so I would bring some with you. I did notice towards the end of the week, there were carts in the garage…maybe preparing for spring break…that would have been helpful when we got there, so we didn’t have to walk across the street, get a cart, walk back over, unload, then...

「Your condo was great! Please know that I spent years designing bathrooms for special needs individuals. Having said that it would be helpful to advise everyone to use footwear (sandals, tongs,...), that tub bottom is very slick when showering. Again nice place, thank you. We may come again in the future.」

「The exterior of the condo is in desperate need of cleaning and repairs but the interior of the condo could use some updates but was very clean and is very close and convenient to the beach. The area is on the quieter stretch of beachfront which is great when you have small children. The pool/hot tub area was very clean as well as the bathroom areas and easily accessible. 「Our stay here was everything we were looking for and more. It felt like home away from home. It was very clean and the staff were friendly at the resort. Our hosts were great with communication. Lots to do around the area. Our beach view was breathtaking!!! Definitely will visit again!」
