自己和家人多次入住,之前就覺得櫃檯服務不是很親切主動,而且訂購海景房會城市景 這一次定海景房,還是給城市景,我只好到櫃台反應,櫃檯一點不好意思的態度都沒有,服務真的很糟 後來的換房,一進去就有噪音,我只好再重新下樓換房,我總共下樓換房四次,櫃檯一點感到抱歉的服務都沒有,當時已經半夜~ 對於飯店的服務感到非常不滿 車子抵達大門口,門口服務員也沒有主動幫忙拿行李 整個飯店的服務水準真的太差

清潔度及地點還不錯。美中不足的是: 1.下午三點鐘辦理入住,竟然大排長龍,等待超過1小時,還對許多客人說房間未整理好,櫃台人員只有三個。我只好先離開,至到下午六點才順利入住。 2.晚上八點鐘去七樓想來個按摩,服務人員說沒收客了,營業時間到晚上10點,就不收客人。

The Chinese guest smoke in the bathroom,terrible!
In my second night, the downstairs Chinese guests from China who smoked in the bathroom and fly into my bathroom and room very soon ......It was so terrible because this is a all non smoking room 5 stars hotel ! I can believe my room were full of cigarette smoke so I called front desk and ask them to check my bathroom soon ! Then I had to exchanged to another room in the midnight ! I recommend the hotel can only host Chinese guests in the future so they can enjoy smoking in your hotel room without any other countries's guests ......~____~.....

Overall not bad
Compare to other Pullman hotel I think this is not as good but overall still ok. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. However the staff was particularly slow at the check in / check out desk.

The sea view of the room is great and the room is very spacious however we were quite disappointed with food service. We ordered our food at 6.30pm and 40 mins later our food hasn't arrived. I asked the waiter at 7.10pm what is the status on our food and he said it is going to take another 45mins. Almost 2 hours just for 4 dishes is very absurd. Therefore we had to cancel our order as we have an event to attend at 8pm. So we had to rush to a near by café to grab a quick bite.

Location was great. Facilities in the room were not checked for it's proper functioning such as the tv remote controller and the choking of the sink. I had to call the housekeeping twice to get them fixed.

Front desk staff upgraded me to an amazing room on the 22nd floor. That made my stay incredible. The Drinking Ape Lounge is amazing. Don’t order room service, the menu in the lounge is better!

Everything is QR coded, but the QR code at this hotel is all adds and spam. They pander to Halal over a veriaty of options. So No Pork! I went and purchased pork belly and enjoyed it in the lobby. The room servuce menu is unacceptable and difficult from the food served on the main floor. The 7th floor lounge staff is rude and horrible. The only good place in the hotel is the Drinking Ape Bar. The staff there are perfect. I will not be returning when i am in Miri.

Very hard to fault the Pullman in Miri, we found the position of the hotel was most probably its worst feature,we like to walk if possible to shopping etc and the Pullman has many roads to cross to get there. However the hotel had stunning views from our room of the city and ocean We would like thank all staff for making us feel welcome and for going out of their way to make our visit special

Hotel was centrally located to access the amenities in Miri. Check in was terrible bearing in mind we were a party of 4 , checked in twice to same hotel in one week. Stay was 5 nights in total. Both times we checked in the queue was lengthy & it was difficult to speak to Reception staff at other times due to delays.

Fantastic stay with family
Amazing service and location with safe oarking and amazing breakfast. The rooms was slightly dusty,probably due to the full capacity during the school holiday,but the friendliness and expertise of the staff made up for it.will definitely stay here again

Fabulous Staff, rooms and beds!
Had a very fabulous stay here with big rooms and extremely comfortable beds! There were initially some minor issues with the room but it was all wonderfully and professionally sorted out by the Duty Manager, Mr Fezelerie Bangau, who was exemplary of the high standards of Pullman Hotel group. The hotel location was also great as it was just a 2-minute short walking distance to 2 seafood restaurants. Highly recommended!

Just spent a night in the hotel. Lobby was nearly shut down due to an event, there was a concert in front of the lobby so no space for the car to stop. No bell boy service - so we wheeled the luggage trolley ourselves.
