"Our stay at Headwaters Eco Lodge was truly one of the most special experiences of our trip. From the wonderful staff to the incredible care and thought put into every detail of the design, everything felt so intentional, beautifully done, and well cared for. Their genuine commitment to the environment and what they're creating is inspiring, and it's even more impressive to see it executed with such quality and attention to detail. From morning yoga and evening campfires to the thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and in-room snacks, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. And Chef DJ was truly the cherry on top! Not only is he an incredibly warm and welcoming host, but we were blown away by every meal he prepared. We actually dined at two Michelin-starred restaurants during this trip, and his food ended up being our favorite of all! Such a beautiful place with even more beautiful people behind it. We can't recommend Headwaters enough!"

"Very quiet location close to Queenstown central . Room was serviced to a high standard , restaurant staff lovely . Breakfast is expensive but had on last day and was not disappointed. Only downside encountered was it was park where you like so if you weren’t in car park late afternoon early evening often no parks left in complex . We stayed in a 2 bed room, good size , large shower space but bathroom on the small side. Overall great stay and would recommend."
