“We stayed in a deluxe double room, for one night, overlooking the car park but it was very quiet and spacious. Room and bathroom was very clean (except under the bed!). We only found out it was not vacuumed because we had to move the bed as we thought something of ours had rolled under it. “We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. “Room was freezing cold, no heating on, kettle didn't work. They did offer to change our room but other room was also unheated. As check in is 2pm.We checked in at 4.40pm 14th Feb, room was icy cold.
