「The staff were incredibly welcoming and help organise a few trips out, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with everything well kept and air-conditioning to keep the humidity down. 」

「Excellent welcome from staff, breakfast very good, all very clean. Great location but very noisy. No air conditioning in use during May, so hot in bedrooms and we had to leave our windows open and it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. The hotel did say that they would turn on the air conditioning for our second nights stay but unfortunately that didn’t happen. It is a lovely hotel, the staff and food are great but be aware of the noise. 」

「Had a great stay here! Very welcoming! Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. Hotel was very clean. They made our bed and gave us new towels every day. Walking distance to forio and Poseidon park which made it great. Their breakfast was...

「The best experience in this year! We had two chihuahuas with us, They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli! 」
