“This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto.”

“First, the staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. They will prepare omelettes and such to order. Very kind people. This is a very small boutique hotel with no real lobby. Rather, you get buzzed in to the breakfast area off the street. You are responsible for your coded entry afterwards. The staff leaves shortly after breakfast is done. No one is around if you need/want something. No one. You are provided a number to call on What’s App if you need something. We……

“The staff was very short staffed with many guests including myself were waiting for long times to be checked in. We were unable to get a room with a shower. Were told they would work on providing either another room with a shower or simply a shower curtain to add to the tub. We waited for over 2 hours with no other room or even a shower curtain. My family and I were flying out early next day and simply wanted a shower! When I called earlier in the day to book, I asked if they had a pool……
