The cottage was charming and had everything we needed. The location on the lake was very picturesque and peaceful and the surrounding area beautiful. “This is the second time we booked this home. It is very clean and well stocked with dishes,cups pots, pans and small appliances. Everything is in working order. The back deck with a roof is very nice and private to enjoy outdoor eating or just being outside. The area and street are usually quiet and not very busy with car traffic. Cindy the host is very responsive and when I asked for a few items, they appeared in the house before we arrived. They have also been very accommodating when we arrive……

"As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
