The room and washroom were clean although they did not look well maintained (the walls had scratches on them and the tub was stained). 「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. 「I was forced to leave in the middle of the night after repeated knocking on my door by staff accusing me of calling 911. At one point the police arrived and told me the staff had sent them. The vending machine stole $10. The staff did not care. I was not refunded my money after I requested it and I will never use Expedia again nor will I ever stay at that hotel chain again. I am deeply disappointed in the customer service I received after being harassed and made to feel unsafe and unwelcome.」
