“Included Breakfast in the restaurant was incredible. Rooms were generous and clean. Pool and hot tub a great retreat for ending a long day of travel”

“As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned……

“My most recent experience at this hotel was awful. I booked and paid through Expedia, but when I arrived to check in, the person at the front desk immediately said “no locals” in a rude and dismissive tone. If this hotel refuses local guests, that policy should be clearly stated on both Expedia and the hotel’s own website before anyone books and pays. Taking someone’s money and then surprising them at check-in with an undisclosed policy is unacceptable. When I explained that I had already paid……

“Great new hotel. Good amenities, fabulous breakfast, good parking, only negative was because the hotel is new the room had a very strong paint smell.”
