“Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. ”

“I needed an ADA room because I am in a full leg cast. The room I paid for was ADA, but when I got to the room, the window did not have blinds or curtains, was street level and literally right next to the front entry. People could stand and easily look in the window. I expressed to the front desk that this was creepy and seemed unsafe (and bright, the parking lot lights!) so she moved me. The new room didn't have a shower so I was unable to safely get in it. The "breakfast" was tea, coffee or a……

“It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip.”

“Michael checked us in and was super helpful and friendly even though they were short staffed and super busy due to several events going on. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was great and got large portions for the price. Bed was AMAZING so comfortable. I have a $10,000 tempur pedic bed and pillows at home and they don't even come close to the comfort of these. My husband was taking pictures of the tags to find and buy them. Check out was a breeze. Only problem I did have was I am……

“This was my 3rd stay over the past year. When I arrived, I was booked on an upper floor. I told the young lady at the desk that I was travelling with my 90 year old Mom and would appreciate something closer to an entrance door. She searched and found that #104 was available. I was able to pull up to the south entrance and it was literally 15 steps to the room. Outstanding! We ended up leaving a day early but several hours after checkout time. The Manager apologized profusely that it was too late……
