Room was not clean. There were stains on on of the sheets. Drawers had dirt in them. The place was quite noisy first night. Better the second night. On the pull out for the couch, mattress had multiple stains on it. Not is good shape. Positive note: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ethan provided great service in switching our room because the first one was not clean.

Road trip to Montana

Kitchen has full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and two burner electric stove. There’s no pans, dishes, cups, or utensils. Room temp was good. Know that there’s no shampoo, soap, or Kleenex. You get bedding, toilet paper, and towels…. But the room was very nice.

Floors are probably not cleaned well enough in the rooms. We didn’t want to set our kiddos down on the floor because there clothes would get dirty quick. Also wiped up some water with a towel and the towel turned brown. We liked the ac they had. The bed, towels and other things seemed clean.

Clean room. Friendly Staff. Good A/C. Two things I disliked - The room stated "Pet friendly" on expedia. I did not expect any additonal fees since i paid through Expedia in full, none refundable option, but the staff hit me with another fifty dollar pet fee that wasnt stated anywhere. 2nd thing - the bed frame is a little janky, looks to be from China or worse, and made me wonder if it'd hold us on it. It did, but not without letting us know it wasnt happy.

Property was nice enough and clean. Bed frame was strange and mattress kept sliding off frame. Coffee offered in lobby but no cups to get coffee. We checked in at 4:00 left at 9:30 next day still no way to get coffee.

Very Satisfied With This Establishment

This is an EXCELLENT hotel. It’s very clean and the service is real nice. I highly recommend this hotel. The lady at the counter was REALLY helpful and nice. She made the experience that much better.
