The Woodspring Suites was a very clean and affordable no frills hotel. No breakfast or pools, but my room was spacious and spotless.

I been staying here every time i take my vacation to Missoula Montana I love the staffs it really quiet all the time love how every room as a kitchen and rooms are always clean. Manager was lovely whit all the help check in and out. Thank you so much.

Noisy, cheap plastic floors allowed noise to travel exponentially throughout the building; no peaceful slumber here. And the dogs! It's a dog hotel!! The dogs in the next room barked thru the night - this is not a comfortable hotel. Cheap mattress, and the wood blind was broke allowing no privacy there either - this hotel is a 1 star, if that.

So it sounds good on website but first I experienced a dirty room rotting head of lettuce in the refrigerator dinghy sheets with stains. You get a kitchen with nothing you have to pay it was like 20 something for pan set and more for plates and cups a utensils. On a good note staff gave me a new room and walked me to it to inspect it which was better they were very helpful and understanding as I was. Washer is $350 a load and dryer was $3.50 expensive. Manager was supposed to give me a discount which they didn’t

first impression, pretty new hotel and plenty of parking and good lighting. Friendly customer service at the front desk, secure access to get into the hotel area beyond the Checkin area. Noticed there was a gym. Our room had a full-size refrigerator and kitchenette which was really nice! Comfortable beds working air conditioner and clean bathroom and towels. They let you know there is no ice machine present on site and to use the ice cube trays in the fridge freezer! Really I think the only thing it needs to do is replace the severely stained carpets in the hallways! was a good pleasant day and a good price too. so plenty of washing machines present in the laundry room and there is even a laundry basket in the hotel room.

There was no microwave in the room to make popcorn. There was a small fridge. The rooms were large. The beds were comfortable. The pool was cold. There was not a hot tub. The sports bar food was very good.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the building smelled of smoke and pot, my room was not cleaned, there were fresh blood spots on the linens, and a big pile of hair under the chair, all over under the bed, and on the bathroom sink and counter. Just gross!
