「The Oak Inn at Staplow is a really nice place to stay. Very friendly, Food is lovely, Our room was clean lovely comfy bed. Tea, Coffee and Biscuits. Breakfast you choose what you wanted and it was all cooked fresh for you. Great Place glad we found it.」

「We had a good stay at the Sloop Inn. Lovely friendly staff. The best breakfast. The property is a little dated, and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but it was all good for a one-night stay. Would recommend.」

「We stayed one night, good location, nice food/beer garden, good food and drinks, staff was friendly and helpful. We were unlucky that the Wi-Fi and tv didn’t work, not from lack of trying by the staff, they fixed it, and 10 minutes later, stopped working. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.」

「The Bell is a beautiful old building and our room was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The view from the room was amazing. Access was through a separate door to the pub, so we didn't have to be back before the pub closed and could access the room any time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakasts were delicious and lots of choice on the menu. Lovely pub dog too! We would definitely stay here again.」

「We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location.」

「Bar with good selection of drinks, menu was extensive. I had 12oz Steak 👍 Room clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilities. I had a full English breakfast the following morning well cooked and presented. With tea or coffee and orange juice 」

「Strikingly looking hotel. Unfortunately on entering reception, we were greeted with a dirty carpet, which carries on into the bar area with lots of stains. Our room was up 2 flights of stairs, which I wasn't aware of when I booked. Therefore, in this heatwave, the room was an oven. There was a desk fan - 'thank goodness'. Pleased with the room, the layout and amenities. Curtains need seeing to, useless and need blackouts! All the staff were pleasant and hard working. Did not expect a buffet...

「As soon as we arrived we were greeted nicely and given the information needed and were checked in. The room was fantastic, large, clean and really well equipped, the bed was huge and very comfortable, we had a nice view and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The spa was lovely and we had a lovely relax in there . We had a nice couple of drinks in the bar and watched the football. The breakfast in the morning was really nice with plenty of choice. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely...

「We had a late check in (out of staffed hours) and it could not have been easier. We made contact to make sure it was ok, on arrival we got access and our room key with no fuss. Located the room and it was all very fresh feeling and lovely. It being one of the hottest nights of the year and there no built in aircon (welcome to England), but the fan kept us cool and the whole set up was really good. Check out was very simple too.」
