「We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! 「The elevator was not working during my 5 night stay. I asked for my room to be cleaned after my 3rd night and nobody showed up. I asked again and no one came to clean my room. All I wanted was clean towels and for them to empty trash. The power went out during my stay and was surprised you didn’t have a back up generator for security reasons…..it was pitch dark in the room and glad I found my phone to find my way around the room.
