Excellent! Home away from home!

Very spacious and gorgeous home! Plenty of space and very clean cozy home! Owner and local rep were both very nice and responsive. House is located just outside of town but easy to get to. Nice family neighborhood! Would stay again when in town. Excellent stay!

Belated Christmas

This townhome in Mitchell was in a great location and easy to find. It had ample room. It was nice to have a garage to park in which made for easy unloading and loading. It was clean and very comfortable. The host kept in good contact with us and was answered any questions we had.

Pros and Cons

Pros ...Great location, great space, open layout, good size rooms, garage was nice to have for extra parking. Allows pups.Cons ... Mattresses had big pee stains and/or other stains on some. One mattress had faint smell of puke or something else. Recommend putting mattress protectors on. The cleanliness of the whole apartment could have been a bit better. A bowl of dried food was on top of the fridge, the kitchen trash can was really dirty, such as the lid to open the trash looked, like it was 20 years old . Only about 50% of the light bulbs worked. Remote buttons were broken/missing. Many need changed. Lots of piles of dog poop in the back. Communication lacked. The messages back to us sounded like standard automated responses. Never actually addressed our messages directly.
