“Incredible location, a little bit challenging to find but once there, we had a fantastic time. The view from the room is magical and the proximity to everything in the port town is fantastic. The manager and the staff are incredible helpful and the included breakfast was fantastic. Eva, the manager was also very helpful in getting us settled and directing our itinerary when we were in Chania.”

“This was the best place we’ve ever stayed! It’s in a beautiful 16th century building and our room had a wonderful view of the harbor and lighthouse. It’s right in the middle of everything. Only thing I was worried about was parking but the front desk lady actually held a spot for us right in front! We were not expecting that. It also has a wonderful rooftop terrace with free hot breakfast in the morning and an incredible view. Highly recommend!”

“Porto del Colombo was one of the highlights of our stay in Chania. The hotel is beautiful, full of character, and set in a historic building that makes the experience feel truly unique. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and full of charm. The real standout, though, was the hospitality. Rula and Flora were absolutely amazing. They welcomed us like family, gave us countless excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and things to see, and we always looked forward to chatting with them……

“The location is quite good, near the port, surrounded by nice restaurants, which means it could be a bit noisy at night. We stayed in a double-bed room, but it can actually sleep 3 people. Staffs are kind and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, serving from 9 to whenever you wake up, with bread, preserves, butter, a huge bottle of coffee, Greek yogurt, sandwiches with ham and cheese, and a glass of fresh orange juice. Don't ever miss it!!”
