“Room design is cozy and comfortable, clean. Room view to the canal which is very nice. The hotel lift does not require room key to operate, which cause me some safety concern. However we didn't encounter any safety issue.”

“Staff was polite and helpful. Highly recommend the private onsen. My family spent a wonderful time in the hotel.”

“Vintage style hotel, 5-10 minutes to Hiroshima Castle and A-bomb museum. Hotel staff are super polite and nice, can communicate with English. Love the Columba Bar, relaxing environment and staff are charming and sociable. Not recommend the sky top bar. Room are clean and comfortable, but no usb charge port at bedside, TV channel are limited. Good overall”

“It was a total experience to stay at Kenji‘s VRBO. In a beautifully rustic setting with gorgeous gardens and wildlife Lulling us to sleep along with a most amazing view of the water. I wish we had stayed another night but I would recommend highly for a truly magical stay!”

“Lovely, charming ryokan exactly as pictured. The omakase dinner was amazing and the breakfast was also very welcome. It’s in a very quiet part of the village so it’s very peaceful. One of the rooms has a patio great for chilling out and it’s almost dark enough at night to take photos of the Milky Way. On a side note, I initially just wanted to drop my bags off in morning, but to my surprise, the owner allowed me to check-in early! Highly recommended stay. Some things to note: - There’s a shop……
