Very good buffet breakfast. Rooms had a great view with easy access to the pool, restaurant, beach and car park. The complex is made up of multiple buildings and mine was obviously the older of the two. Overall clean enough but a bit run down, with stains etc. on the wall, rust on some metal surfaces like the balcony railings and doors. Suggest renovation to make facilities like the shower modern (I.e. automatic temperature selection). The breakfast and view were it’s saving graces. Try to get the more modern of the buildings.

Great staff, ocean view is amazing. Try to book a room in the 4/5th floor. Highly recommend. Small Tv for such big room. Great kitchen with everything you need for a short stay. Due to corona virus, the have reduced the cleaning periodic. I hope to go back there someday. Miyajima is perfect put of season.

省力化されすぎ。
チェックアウトがとなりのホテルでする為に荷物をかついてとなりに移動しなければならない。ビーチタオルを借りるのもおとなりに行かないと借りれない。フロントに電話を掛けてもつながらない時間帯があった。省力化されすぎ。

ファミリールームは荷物を広げても気にならないほどの広さがあり、とても良かったです。清潔で景色も良かったです。食器・カトラリーもあるのですが、お茶碗があるのにお箸がなくてちょっと不便に感じました。

部屋に電子レンジ、2ドア冷蔵庫、洗濯乾燥機があります。 朝夕食は部屋で簡単な自炊。マリンウェアは即洗濯。と使い勝手が良かったです。 次回もこのホテルにしたいと思います。

ゆっくりできました。
ブリーズベイ・アネックスの頃に一度利用しましたが、 ロベルトソンハーバーに，変わってから、 はじめて使いました。 今回は、7日間の宿泊でしたが、 室内やロビーも綺麗に改装されており、 洗濯機や中型冷蔵庫もあり 長期滞在者にも向いていると思います。 7階のベランダからは、毎日キレイな海を眺められました。

3階のお部屋でしたが、夜中アリが数匹でて、主人が格闘し睡眠不足になりました。 フロントの方に話したら直ぐにお部屋変更して頂き、快適に過ごせました。 全体的に古い建物だったのは残念でしたが、フロントの方の対応は凄く良かったです。

部屋から望む景色が大変良く、バルコニーにはテーブル&チェアもありとても快適に過ごせました。部屋も広くゆっくりできます。スタッフの方に観光のことをきいても色々詳しく説明してくれ、どの方の対応もすばらしかったです。こちらリピートしたいです。
