"The breakfast was better than expected given the budget price of the stay. The location is very close to the station with convenient store nearby. The staff was dedicated to solve the enquiries. Will choose to stay here again if going to Saga again."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, and their English was fluent, making communication very easy. That said, some of the room facilities are a little dated, especially the bathroom. The shower water pressure was also somewhat low. I found the Dove shower gel and shampoo to be fairly average, and the fragrance was a little too strong for my liking. I used the housekeeping service every day, but I noticed that there was still visible dust on the surface of the bed cover. I would appreciate it if housekeeping could pay a little more attention to this in the future."
