"娘と1泊利用させていただいた40代男性です。施設内はとても綺麗でアメニティも充実しており、着替えさえ持って行けば快適に過ごせます。スタッフは1人、女性の方が対応してくれましたが、丁寧で親切な対応でした。お一人で対応されていたので、チェックインやアウトで数組が重なると対応に追われる可能性は感じましたが、宿泊アプリ主体で利用される方が大半のようなので、支払い決済をWEBで完結できれば、チェックインの時だけ受付で済ませると、チェックアウトはルームキー（カードタイプ）を預けるだけで済ませられます。施設環境、スタッフ対応、コスパ、駐車場状況など全て整っており、評価は全て5…とつけたいところでしたが、1点だけ。土地柄なのかも知れませんが、部屋のシャワーを使用していた際、換気口から手のひらサイズのスパイダーマンが登場。娘もびっくりするくらいの大きさでした…。これがなければ本当に良かったです。"

"The breakfast buffet was geared towards more Japanese tastes, and was one of the best we have had compared to other hotels. The room was a decent size. There is a GIGANTIC mall next door that spans 3 or 4 large city blocks, which is super convenient. Felt like that was a Mall of Japan, with how huge it was. The hotel itself is right near the train station, as well. Another benefit was that there was a small convenience store (NewDays) thru the breakfast area that was open 24-7 so if you needed a snack, you could get something."

"Everything about this hotel was First Class. My corner room on the 19th floor had a fabulous view looking at the harbor. The Chinese Restaurant was excellent and the pastries at Satsuki were fresh baked daily and some of the best I’ve ever tasted. My only disappointment was their beautiful pool was not included. It was ¥3300 for a daily pass, and the golf range another ¥2200. That said, the room rates were reasonable. The only caveat is you’ll need to taxi or take the train to see other parts of Chiba because there’s not a lot to see within walking distance, just the neighboring Apa Hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in this area."
