「The location is good but the service is not up to a five stars standard, it took an hour to sort out the issue of their 3-pin power socket which is always not working , while I am in the middle of a meeting that required to recharge my laptop. No apologies or any follow up, and seems the hotel is not too care of the business as they will be packed due to location. I think this is more a matter of justification to be a five star category hotel, or they don’t care since the high occupancy and...

「The staffs are excellent and extremely helpful. When I checked-in the room, I found it was dark and I didn’t like it . It was certainly not their fault, just I booked the wrong room. However, they were very willing to change me to another room. I was so impressed.」
